Exceptional Experiences

With the term "Exceptional Experiences" or "Non-ordinary experiences" we refer to experiences such as premonitory dreams, near-death experiences (NDE), out-of-body experiences (OBE), extrasensory perceptions, getting in touch with other entities and/or reality, etc ...

The purpose of this research project is purely phenomenological, that is, describing these experiences as reported by the experiencers in the attempt to free them from psychopathological categories or "paranormal" connotations, with the intention of offering food for thought within the scientific community.

Within this line of investigation, we aim to empirically test the "Survival Hypothesis", that is, the claim that we "survive" after the death of our brain, with the collaboration of the  Gruppo Italiano di Ricerca sulla Medianità (GRIM, Italian Research Group on Mediumship).
